Positive: The location was perfect. I we as attending a convention at the Sheraton. My first room though clean and comfortable had a leaky a/c which soaked the rug and teenage boys across the hall that were loudly partying until 1am.
Negative: Continuation of above - when I returned at 8:30 pm my room was inspected and I was given a quiet room on the 10th floor. I was a bit annoyed that I was told that the manager was trying to call me but hadn't bothered to email as I was in classes.
Summary: It was unexceptional. Teenagers should not be on the same floors with adults not of that party.

Negative: Parking and charging us for breakfast for our daughter it was on our booking that the our kids were 13 and 15 so we should’ve had breakfast vouchers for all four of us. They only gave us two.

Positive: I was not happy with the location being in the middle of downtown. I’m not used to looking out the window and being surrounded by high rises.
Negative: When I checked in the lady was very friendly she asked me why I was there and I told her we were celebrating my five-year anniversary. She winked at me and said she will arrange something special when we went out to dinner when we came back in there was rose petals a box of chocolate and a bottle of champagne in the refrigerator. I thought wow that is awesome Until I was charged for it the next day I did not ask for it. I did not arrange it I thought she was just being nice. I was not happy when I got the bill.
